Senior Luxury Sales and Operations Manager We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Luxury Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury sales and operations, with a proven track record of success in selling high-end travel packages and managing relationships with international clients. You will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. We offer a competitive salary and a 20% variable commission structure, as well as meal and transport allowances. Sell luxury concierge services and high-end travel packages: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Manage relationships with international clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with our global client base. Develop new partners and commercial opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
