Job Title: Key Client Partner

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned business professional to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in Brazil. This role involves working closely with internal teams to provide exceptional service, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence in the Brazilian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen client relationships, enhance satisfaction, and increase loyalty.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • New Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue them.
    • Develop strategic sales approaches to introduce our offerings to potential clients in Brazil's banking and finance sector.
  • Market Insight and Reporting:
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Brazil.
    • Provide regular reports on client activities, new business opportunities, and market insights to inform company strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management within the financial technology sector.
  • Previous experience working in the Brazilian market is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration between clients and internal teams.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; understanding of Brazilian business culture.
  • Ability to travel within Brazil for on-site client support.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and growth.
