Technical Support Specialist – Brazil (Job Ref: 25I/TSSB)Randox is welcoming applications for the position of Technical Support Specialist to provide technical and applications support for all Randox Reagent and Quality control material, RX Systems and Biochip products for our customers in Brazil. This is a full-time, permanent role that will require extensive travel to client sites. Finding quick resolutions, alongside other staff, to customer queries and complaints.

The Role:

Providing technical and applications support for all Randox Reagent, Quality Control material, RX Systems and Biochip systemsProviding support for Randox sales staff in BrazilTroubleshooting customer complaints and assisting with enquiries.Onsite training and support, as required.Use of complaint handling software to log all customer complaints and enquiries.

Please note, this role will involve supporting a global customer base and, as such, regular international travel may be required.

The Candidate:Essential:

Degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or a similar life science.Portuguese and English speaking.Excellent organisational skills.Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.Self-motivated.

Desirable:

Previous experience in a similar role or as a lab technician.
