
Partnership Manager

Seu foco será fazer o hunting de clientes para patrocínios de longo prazo e parcerias pontuais, nacionais e internacionais.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Criação de planos comerciais detalhados que suportem o alcance de metas e objetivos do negócio;
- Exploração de todo o portfólio de serviços durante a prospecção das parcerias de venda de mídia e patrocínios;
- Identificação e desenvolvimento de leads qualificados por meio de redes de contatos e pesquisa de mercado, transformando-os em parcerias de longo prazo;
- Gestão, elaboração e apresentação de propostas comerciais e contratos;
- Gestão de relacionamento com os clientes com foco em fidelização;
- Acompanhamento da performance dos clientes e atendimento pós-venda;
- Gestão de crises com foco na resolução de problemas e preservação da marca e do relacionamento;
- Definição e gestão de indicadores, bem como elaboração e acompanhamento de planos de ação;
- Gestão de projetos end to end, acompanhando o resultado dos projetos, mapeando oportunidades e propondo ajustes de estratégia sempre que for necessário, garantindo a gestão e otimização do plano;
- Interação permanente com os times internos para garantir a aplicação da estratégia e conhecimento sobre o nosso negócio.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
Requisito mínimo:
- Graduação em Administração, Marketing, Publicidade ou áreas afins
- Vivência em venda de patrocínio
- Capacidade analítica
- Visão criativa e estratégica do mercado
- Inglês avançado | fluente
