Com a experiência e o conhecimento no segmento de logística internacional, Business Development Sales será responsável pelo desenvolvimento de novos negócios e pela diversificação de nossa carteira de clientes, contribuindo assim para o crescimento da PSA BDP na região SUL do Brasil

* Trabalhar em conjunto com a diretoria para criar e desenvolver a estratégia de negócios para a região SUL do Brasil

* Prospectar clientes novos e buscar novos negócios em clientes existentes

* Aconselhar e fornecer ao cliente soluções em logística internacional, transporte marítimo, aéreo, terrestre, armazenagem e soluções (desembaraço, gerenciamento, etc)

* Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe de Compras e Operações para o desenvolvimento de novos negócios e retenção de clientes, visando aumentar os negócios

* Gerenciamento de pipeline

* Monitorar e garantir o processo de cotação

* Realizar visitas regulares de vendas ao cliente para acompanhar o serviço e o crescimento da conta

* Definição de estratégias de clientes junto aos parceiros no exterior

Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em vendas de serviços de logística, principalmente Freight Forwarding.

Graduação completa em Logística, Comércio Exterior, Administração ou áreas afins.

Fluência no idioma inglês e desejável conhecimentos em espanhol (Realmente necessário para a posição, tendo em vista diversas reuniões com pares da região e ao redor do mundo)

Habilidades de Negociação, atendimento ao cliente e comunicação

Perfil Hunter e Direcionado para resultados

Residir na região SUL do Brasil e ter total conhecimento da região
