Job Opportunity: Channel Manager
">We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Channel Manager to support our regional growth strategy in Latin America. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day partner relationships, developing new banking partnerships, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong banking relationships across Latin America to drive OSL Pay’s regional growth. ">
- Identify, onboard, and manage new card channels and payment partnerships in the Latin American market. ">
- Coordinate with regional banks, card partners, and internal teams to ensure operational and compliance requirements are met. ">
- Research and analyze jurisdictional regulations and licensing requirements across Latin America to inform new market entry strategies. ">
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to track partner performance and identify opportunities. ">
- Provide operational support in executing agreements, resolving issues, and monitoring ongoing partnerships. ">
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. ">
- 3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with proven exposure to the Latin American payments landscape. ">
- Familiarity with local market players and established relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers in Latin America. ">
- Good understanding of payment systems and card networks; prior exposure to regulatory or compliance matters is an asset. ">
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects. ">
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills. ">
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required; English proficiency is also essential. ">
- Interest or prior experience in crypto/digital assets is a plus. ">
