Through a single integration, AiPrise provides access to 8,000+ local and international data sources and an orchestration layer that connects to 80+ verification partners worldwide. The platform goes beyond basic registry checks with website analysis, document intelligence, UBO and parent-company insights, sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring, helping teams make confident decisions and stay aligned with regulatory expectations across jurisdictions. The Role We’re hiring an SDR based in LATAM to build outbound pipelines, generate qualified meetings, and help scale our presence across Latin America. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and target fintechs, payments, marketplaces, and compliance‑intensive verticals throughout the region. Responsibilities Prospect into target accounts across fintech, payment providers, marketplaces, and regulated companies in LATAM Build + execute multichannel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) Research, qualify, and prioritize leads aligned with our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) Book and coordinate meetings for AEs, ensuring smooth handoff Log and maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM Requirements 1–3 years experience in B2B sales development or SDR role (SaaS, fintech, or related) Proven track record booking meetings with mid‑market or enterprise clients Strong communication, tenacity, and coachability Comfortable working cross‑culturally in English + Spanish (Portuguese a plus, depending on markets) Based in Latin America, with ability to sync US/LatAm hours and occasionally travel to regional events Compensation Base: $25,000 – $35,000 USD Variable: $10,000 – $15,000 USD Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at AiPrise by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
