**Boeing Brazil** is seeking Business Support Specialist, reporting to the Business Support Services Manager, working out of the **Sao Jose dos Campos** office. The Business Support Specialist will to join The Boeing International Enterprise Services (BIES) team, and will be the Office Operations Lead, providing excellence in back office operations management.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Leads facility operations & provisioning and non-real-property planning and project administration. Responsible for site/entity compliance with local laws, Boeing policies and procedures, develops and manages the operating budget
- Manages third party suppliers and its collaborators to maintain office facilities at Boeing's highest Standards
- Provides guidance and coordinates complex issues and/or concerns from International Local Hire Employees (ILHE), assignees and international leaders. Develops and maintains relationships & partnerships with customers, stakeholders and peers
- Supports other non-related back office activities and projects with HR, Security, IT, Finance, Legal and Ethics by providing excellence in local knowledge base to headquarters and be the bridge to connect multiple areas to successful project implementations
- Maintains and implements organizational policies, programs, processes and procedures for the purpose of safeguarding people, property, information and the environment while ensuring compliance with applicable local government and company security & fire regulations (e.g., business preparedness, country evacuation planning & crisis management and secure badge renewals)
- Processes office and property accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax or other business objectives through collecting, processing and distributing cost or financial data. Interprets and makes recommendations regarding areas of office & property accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax policies and business objectives
- Supports procurement agent(s) at the local site in negotiating vendor costs and in coordinating and organizing activities in accordance with Boeing Procedures
- Provides Business Support services and traveler assistance for multiple delegated business activities such as Enterprise Services, Site Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Supplier Management. Implements HR processes for international local hire employees (i.e. onboarding, leave services and employment termination) and provides guidance and assistance for international assignee with routine issues or concerns
- Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required
- Applicable flexibility on working hours although expected employee to be at Office minimum 3-4 times a week
Other areas of responsibility may evolve over time with various development opportunities to manage ongoing projects.
The position is required to work with strict confidentiality, discretion and limited supervision, providing a high level of professional and confidential support to the business.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- Bachelor or other Degree in Administration, Engineering or other related courses
- In depth experience as, for example, Facilities Analyst and/or Finance Analyst
- Experience coordinating and processing invoices and payments through multiple online payment tools, reconciling payments
- Fluent in English
- Must be legally able to work in Brazil
**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:
- Oracle experience is a plus
- Experience using Concur travel/expense software or similar
