What You'll Be Doing You will proactively connect with partners through engaging calls, in-person meetings, and seamless internal communication to ignite their potential and collaboratively grow Booking.com's business. You will be the dedicated point of contact for your portfolio of partners, addressing their questions and ensuring their journey with us is smooth and successful. You will champion strong, enduring relationships with accommodation partners, providing valuable support at the property level and driving optimal availability and competitive pricing through performance conversations and ongoing engagement. You will master Booking.com’s products, articulating their benefits and helping partners maximize them for impact. You will analyze internal data to identify and prioritize partners, unlocking untapped potential to fuel mutual growth and strengthen Booking.com's market presence. You will identify and connect with new potential partners to grow our network at industry and property levels, enriching the travel experiences we offer. You will act as a resourceful problem-solver when challenges arise within your portfolio, resolving customer service issues in a way that benefits the business, partners, and travelers. You will support the organization of engaging partner events like workshops and webinars, and participate actively to foster connections and share insights. You may travel up to 50% for face-to-face meetings, building stronger relationships and gaining on-the-ground insights. What You'll Bring Effective problem-solver driven by results with a tendency to seek innovative solutions. Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working independently or within a dynamic team. Strong prioritization skills with the ability to own your workload and improve efficiency. Clear and persuasive communication, with ease in building rapport. Ability to influence partners over the phone and in person toward mutually beneficial strategies. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze data to drive informed decisions through storytelling. Collaborative mindset with open communication and shared goals. Ability to engage with individuals and groups to incorporate diverse perspectives for optimal outcomes. Willingness to understand others’ needs and perspectives before making decisions, including active listening and thoughtful questioning. Must live within commutable distance from the assigned office location. Business-level proficiency in English is required.
