O BDR (Business Development Representative) é responsável por prospectar e desenvolver novos negócios com foco em resultados financeiros. Suas atribuições incluem criar estratégias de negócios, organizar reuniões e identificar oportunidades de mercado, estabelecendo novos relacionamentos e explorando oportunidades em empresas de todo o Brasil, com ênfase na prospecção outbound.


  • Desenvolvimento de estratégico de negócios;
  • Gerenciamento da etapa de pré-qualificação;
  • Mapear e prospectar novas oportunidades de negócios;
  • Realizar análise e qualificação de leads e marcados;
  • Abordar potenciais clientes de forma personalizada através de cold call;
  • Apresentar a Dedalus de acordo com a oportunidade identificada;
  • Identificar características recorrentes de leads considerados qualificados, para compartilhar conhecimento;
  • Cadastrar informações estratégicas no CRM;
  • Desenvolver fluxos de cadência para prospecção customizada;
  • Realizar e participar das reuniões com os Leads e Comercial
  • Apresentação de status report dos resultados obtidos para a liderança;
  • Colaboração interna (entre times).
