Account Manager - Contracted Novogene is seeking an Account Manager located in Brazil for a remote, contracted position. Position Summary The Account Manager is responsible for developing and achieving sales in the assigned accounts, focusing on growth and maintaining strong client relationships. Duties & Responsibilities Develop, establish, and implement effective sales plans tailored to assigned accounts to achieve quarterly and annual targets. Rapidly grow business within the accounts. Act as key interface between customers and Novogene divisions. Maintain current understanding of Novogene products and services. Communicate accurately and efficiently with professionals within assigned accounts. Utilize Salesforce.com to document and track client information and sales opportunities. Qualifications BS degree in life sciences (biology, genetics, biochemistry) minimum; advanced degree encouraged. Background in NGS, genomics, and/or molecular biology. Prior sales and account management experience in biotech a plus. Deep knowledge/network within assigned accounts is a plus. Independent, self-driven, goal-oriented. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus. Some sales experience. Must be fluent in English. Must reside in Brazil and be available to travel within Brazil. Remote position.
