Your Role in VT Markets As a Business Development Manager you will focus on identifying new leads for expansion and developing innovative strategies to grow the business by recognising opportunities and addressing needs within the CFD industry in Brazil. You will expand and manage a portfolio of brokers and partners, maintain strong relationships, and collaborate closely with regional marketing and client relations teams. This is a remote role with office‑hour hours from home. Your Responsibilities will include Business leads origination: Identify new leads for expansion and develop new ways to grow business within the CFD industry. Active business relationship building and engagement: Maintain strong business development relationships with IBs and partners, expanding our portfolio of introducing brokers while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Create a healthy sales pipeline by diversifying the IB pool from the CFD industry to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Competitor analysis: Conduct periodic competitor analysis to identify opportunities for VT Markets to boost business growth. Troubleshooting and business support: Act as the primary contact for partner and IB issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve problems. What Success Looks Like Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through a well‑managed pipeline. Strong relationships with IBs and partners. Significant contribution to the business top line and user acquisition. Active participation in workshops, seminars, and other events as part of the business development strategy. Qualification & Experience 3+ years in the CFD industry within business development, with experience dealing with IBs and partners. Strong base of IBs and partners in the relevant markets, and a diploma or degree in any field. Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and sales decks. Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English. Other Requirements Occasional travel within Brazil (10%). Remote work requires a personal device and laptop.
