Business Development Manager (Brazil – Portuguese) Location: Remote, based in Brazil Employment type: Full-time If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your career and work on diverse international projects, we look forward to receiving your application. Main Responsibilities Develop and implement localized business development strategies aligned with regional goals. Identify market opportunities and adapt the company’s value proposition to partner needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Compliance, Marketing) to design and deliver targeted campaigns and initiatives. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Manage partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention programs, including referral and training initiatives. Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular performance and forecast reports. Monitor progress, report on risks and opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Requirements Native or fluent level of Portuguese (C1) and professional proficiency in English (B2 or higher). Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales — ideally within digital, technology, or service-driven sectors. Proven ability to manage partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets. Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a results-oriented mindset.
