We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others, love the latest technology, and are eager to join a dynamic team. Experience with technology, android and iOS devices is a plus.
The following work schedules are available for this new team:
Monday - Friday 10am-7pm CST
Wednesday - Sunday 10am-7pm CST
Friday - Tuesday 10am-7pm CST
Saturday - Wednesday 10am-7pm CST
- The start date will be Monday, December 12. _
**What you'll do**:
Provide all aspects of support including tech support (ie bluetooth, wifi, network frequencies, etc) and customer service (returns, exchanges, general questions, etc)
Become a product and process expert
You'll be helping to build a brand through engaging customer interactions
**Who you are**:
Passionate about helping others through empathy and understanding
Friendly, self-motivated and a natural problem solver
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (Fluent/Native level)
Able to embrace change and willing to adapt along with our clients
Previous customer support (service and technical) experience is strongly preferred
Experience with CRMs, specifically Zendesk, Zoho and Salesforce
Basic computer proficiency, including G Suite platforms
Own a fully-functional laptop with a minimum of 8GB of RAM
Have a high-speed, reliable internet connection
Able to thrive in a remote work environment
**Job Type**: Full-time, Contract position
This is a contract position. Benefits (such as healthcare, paid time off or 13th month pay) are not provided. You will be an independent direct contractor with mindStart and paid hourly for time worked. You will be scheduled to work 40 hours per week and as a contractor can choose your time off and holidays. If desired, you can be paid in US Dollars.

- De domingo a quinta ou terça a sábado das 10h às 19h
- Dias úteis e finais de semana
