A Amazon está buscando um(a) SVS Team Lead para gerenciar uma equipe de Brand Specialists. Strategic Vendor Services (SVS) oferece serviços para ajudar os fornecedores mais estratégicos da Amazon a crescerem e oferecerem a melhor experiência ao cliente, trabalhando em funções-chave de varejo (por exemplo, seleção, disponibilidade, eficiência operacional, qualidade de catálogo e marketing). O serviço é entregue principalmente por meio de Brand Specialists alocados a fornecedores específicos. Como Brand Specialist Team Lead para Strategic Vendor Services, será responsável por entregar impacto a um grande grupo de fornecedores através de uma equipe de Brand Specialists sob sua liderança. Sua prioridade é cumprir o compromisso de ajudar os fornecedores a melhorar o desempenho em métricas de varejo, assegurar a satisfação com o serviço e melhorar continuamente a produtividade da sua equipe. Você trabalhará em estreita colaboração com Vendor Managers para entender as necessidades dos fornecedores e definir metas e objetivos adequados. Você se reunirá com Category Leaders periodicamente para obter orientação e apoiá-los em decisões estratégicas. Por fim, espera-se contribuir para melhorias contínuas e inovação no serviço. Você deve ter paixão por gerenciar e desenvolver pessoas, ser resourceful e orientado ao cliente. É necessário ter histórico comprovado de entrega de resultados em ambientes dinâmicos e de ritmo acelerado, gerenciando as necessidades de diferentes stakeholders. Principais responsabilidadesPartner with Vendor Managers, Account Managers and key retail category functions to define priorities and operational goals according to vendor needs Own the relationship with the most important vendors subscribed to the SVS service Manage a team of Brand Specialists owning the joint business plans for a large pool of vendors and deliver significant business impact Audit metrics regularly to continually drive quality of vendor and employee experience across multiple sub-categories Work with the BR SVS Central team to drive adoption of tools and offshore processes and drive productivity within your team Develop the right skill sets within the team and allocate resources to vendors - Grow and develop people into a talent pool for Amazon QualificationsBachelor\'s degree Experience in retail or in fashion and consumer goods industries or in consulting Proactiveness in taking ownership and driving business performance Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and key partners Business proficiency in English language (written and verbal) People Management Skills Clear and effective communication with functional groupings Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
