Missão do Cargo

Será HRBP das áreas suportes, reportando ao Diretor de Recursos Humanos Latam e atuando de forma estratégica junto às lideranças das áreas clientes, com foco na gestão e desenvolvimento de pessoas. É responsável por diagnosticar, propor e implementar soluções de RH alinhadas às necessidades das áreas que atende e negócio.

Descrição das atividades :

- Atuar como parceiro estratégico dos clientes internos, promovendo uma atuação consultiva e preventiva com a liderança em processos e serviços de RH;

- Apoiar o desenvolvimento da liderança com foco em gestão de times, feedback, tratativa de performances, desenvolvimento de competências e treinamentos;

- Fazer o planejamento de comitês de sucessão e o acompanhamento dos planos de ações de posições críticas para o negócio;

- Estabelecer e monitorar indicadores relacionados ao RH, utilizando metodologias como base W2B, TQM e OKRs, bem como propor ações com base na análise dos resultados;

- Suportar e propor para as áreas de expertise do RH implementação de programas e políticas, incluindo recrutamento, treinamento e desenvolvimento, gestão de desempenho, remuneração, benefícios, diversidade e inclusão, avaliações de desempenho, etc;

- Construir a maquete organizacional das funções, adequando os recursos humanos para atender às necessidades do negócio, bem como garantir o cumprimento do budget estabelecido de labor cost;

- Conduzir processos de recrutamentos internos e externos junto à liderança, bem como organização da integração de novos colaboradores;

- Planejar e conduzir aplicação de pesquisas de clima, bem como implantar ações relacionadas ao employee experience.

Requisitos:

- Sólida experiência em RH em empresas industriais;

- Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;

- Desejável pós-graduação;

- Inglês avançado obrigatório;

- Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista e acordos coletivos;

- Pacote Office avançado (ênfase em Excel e PowerPoint);

Conhecimento em sistemas de RH (desejável conhecimento em SAP, SuccessFactors ou similares);

Conhecimento de metodologias de avaliação de desempenho, gestão por competências e PDI.
