We are seeking an Agricultural Technical Support Engineer to join a globally recognized Chinese company, renowned for its rapid growth in the geomatics technology sector and its strong presence in the international market.

This professional will play a key role in delivering pre-sales, project-based, and post-sales support for agricultural machinery and GNSS technology, ensuring technical excellence while supporting distributors and clients through product presentations, demonstrations, and training.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to the Brazilian market, resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  2. Manage post-sales preparation for new product launches.
  3. Monitor and improve technical training quality for the region.
  4. Address complex quality issues with on-site or remote support as needed.
  5. Support sales with technical assistance before and after sales, including marketing events.
  6. Analyze market segments to help optimize product offerings.
  7. Collaborate on custom projects to ensure timely completion and support sales.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support within the GNSS or agricultural autopilot industry.
  2. Fluency in English.
  3. Valid driver's license required.
  4. Proactive, positive, and responsible, with excellent communication and resilience under pressure.
