About the Role:
We are looking for Sales Controlling Training Analysts to lead commercial training. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our Training team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Role-play sessions with Commercial Members.
- Audit calls and compliance of general representatives.
- Implement continuous improvement processes: review of sales processes, commercial training, communication of improvements.
- Identify development gaps and implement strategies to close execution gaps.
- Interact with the Sales Reps to ensure correct execution of the Sales processes.
You must have:
- 1-3 years of experience in Training capacity or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- Great communication skills with a didactic, ease of teaching manner.
- Commercial mindset.
- Detail oriented and deadline driven.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
- Self-starter, can explore, learn and work independently.
- Experience with Software Outsourcing companies (Desirable).
- Sales Training (Desirable).
- Experience working in Sales roles (Client-facing) (Desirable).
- Excellent English skills.
