What You’ll Do Trusted advisor: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their evolving training needs. Onboarding expert: Guide new clients as a goFLUENT product expert, ensuring a smooth and impactful start. Engagement & success: Analyze client data, conduct business reviews, and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and success programs. Growth opportunities: Identify upsell possibilities and expand client partnerships. Continuous improvement: Gather feedback, optimize the learner experience, and contribute to the evolution of our digital learning solutions. Thought leadership: Provide clients with industry best practices, training optimization strategies, and digital learning insights. What We’re Looking For Fluent or bilingual in Portuguese Intermediate English proficiency Passionate about customer success and relationship management Exceptional communication and analytical skills Highly organized and adaptable to varied projects Proactive problem‑solver with a growth mindset Team player who values collaboration and knowledge‑sharing Preferred Experience Experience in Training, e‑Learning, or HR Solutions (SaaS) is a plus.
