We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. About the Role In this position, you will provide exceptional support to our customers via multiple channels, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Provide multi-channel support, capturing and resolving low- to medium-complexity contacts with a focus on quality information. Record all calls from the helpline and register the contact in our ticket registration platform (ITSM). Respond promptly to on-site user requests for assistance with workstation computer equipment. Direct each contact (ticket) to the corresponding resolution group for prompt attention. Offer guidance to users on processes unrelated to workstation problems. Document service failures reported by users regarding the attention of our troubleshooting groups. Follow up on each ticket to ensure it is attended within agreed-upon levels. Alert our team in real-time to major incidents affecting a group of users. Maintain productivity and quality standards. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high level of technical competence and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ITSM platforms.
