Technical Support Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide top-notch technical assistance to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional support. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Follow established customer support processes and meet service level agreements (SLAs). Triage support requests by conducting thorough investigations of technical product issues. Offer continuous updates on issue resolution status to customers and internal stakeholders. Requirements: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer support for commercial software products. A genuine interest in providing technical support and helping customers achieve success with our products. The ability to investigate and troubleshoot product issues by reproducing problems, examining application logs, and reviewing debug messages and stack traces. Strong problem-solving capabilities in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments. An independent work style with the ability to involve managers and colleagues when needed. A willingness to learn new software development languages and tools while maintaining high standards of support delivery.
