The successful candidate will: Provide follow-up and support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices. Manage stock and assets effectively. Offer 2nd line IT support for all internal departments. Guide, assist, and follow up on client questions, problems, or troubleshooting (hardware and software). Install and configure PCs and peripherals as required. Ensure customer service and availability. Develop and maintain documentation for ICT support-related subjects and produce reports when necessary. Provide onsite support during events. Mandatory Skills Advanced English language skills. Experience in PC and/or mobile telephony support. Basic knowledge of network and server administration. Hands-on experience with mounting and unmounting devices. Good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10) and MS Office. Familiarity with hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo). Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills. Good knowledge of German/English (written and oral). Strong administrative skills, including punctuality and attention to detail. A quick learner with interest in IT progress.
