Technical Sales Manager-LATAM

Workplace: Latam – Based in Brazil
Objective of Role:
Maximize growth of Quectel Latam market share on Short Range, Smart Modules, PCBA and ODM projects product lines, through a dedicated focus on market analysis, win new verticals/customers focused on these product lines, as well as support and push RSM’s to add this lines on actual customer base.
Primary Responsibilities of Technical Sales Manager
- Understand the needs and expectations of the customers and provide relevant solutions.
- Handle Product updates, training and customer presentation.
- Follow up Accounts designs on it’s product lines on the Regional Funnel.
- Train our Sales Force and Rep Firms/Distributors on product lines, and follow up the opportunities.
- Create Monthly Latam Discussion Report regarding leads, Technical Evaluations, Meeting Plans, Roadmap Calls etch.
- Initiate/Schedule Roadmap Meetings.
- Operate Salesforce CRM (customer relationship management) systems and ensure authentic information is available with the company.
- Visit Exhibitor Booth Tradeshows to identify accounts and products that use cellular modules and obtain contact information.
