Job Opening: We are seeking a Support Analyst who wants to develop their skills and grow professionally. Handle incoming calls and tickets from our service desk system. Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and customer interactions. Be available for backup support and assist colleagues during shifts as needed. Monitor and track service desk activity, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring end-users are satisfied with the support they receive. Participate in team reviews, suggest process improvements, and collaborate with IT teams to enhance service quality. The ideal candidate should have advanced Spanish language skills and fluency in Portuguese, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365 and customer service principles.
