Customer Support Specialist This role involves providing top-notch support to users, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and professionally. A successful candidate will have strong experience managing support tickets, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HubSpot. Key Responsibilities: Respond to Inbound Tickets: Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions. Triage and Resolve Issues: Utilize HubSpot Service Hub to identify and resolve complex problems efficiently. Maintain Quality Communication: Deliver empathetic and professional responses to ensure customer satisfaction. Document Common Issues: Develop internal resources or playbooks to streamline future support efforts. HubSpot Operations & Administration: Optimize Workflows: Manage and refine pipelines, automations, and ticket management within HubSpot to enhance efficiency. Data Accuracy: Ensure contacts, deals, and support tickets are up-to-date and accurate. Setup and QA: Configure new sequences, processes, and automations in HubSpot, testing them thoroughly. Reports: Generate basic reports on sales activity, ticket volume, and marketing performance. Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting: Email Campaigns: Execute targeted email campaigns and sequences to engage prospects. Lead Qualification: Assess inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria. Appointment Setting: Schedule calls and demos for the sales team. Activity Tracking: Log all interactions and updates inside HubSpot. Marketing Support: Email Marketing: Assist with email campaigns, list building, and segmentation. Digital Marketing: Provide general support for digital marketing tasks as needed. Required Skills: Customer Support Experience: 2+ years of customer support or helpdesk background, preferably in B2B SaaS. HubSpot Expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot's Service/Operations Hub, Sales Hub, and related features. Support Ticket Management: Proven ability to effectively manage support tickets as a core responsibility. Outbound Sales Experience: Familiarity with supporting outbound sales workflows, sequences, and appointment setting. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Organizational Abilities: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting demands. Availability: Availability to work standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM MST). Preferred Qualifications: Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate or PropTech industries. Software Proficiency: Experience with Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Canva. Documentation Skills: Ability to build support documentation, macros, or knowledge base articles.
