Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Global Sales to join our team at WHG Brazil in Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo.

Propósito

O Gerente de Global Sales Corporate – M&E administrará uma carteira de contas globais de dois segmentos específicos e terá como principal objetivo alcançar as metas especificamente delineadas em relação à contribuição para os hotéis da WHR.

Desempenhará um papel proativo no desenvolvimento de suas contas em termos de relacionamento, comunicações e engajamento, sendo o principal ponto de contato de vendas para aumentar sua produção e o incremento na participação de mercado da oferta da WHR na LATAMC e a nível global.


 

Principais funções e responsabilidades
  • Desenvolver 100% do portfólio atribuído dos segmentos Corporativo e M&E
  • Gerenciar a temporada de RFPs, de acordo com a estratégia da WHR, promovendo o uso das ferramentas
  • Maximizar as propriedades focadas no segmento de M&E e gerar grupos com uma conversão ideal de 30% das oportunidades
  • Gerenciar o orçamento atribuído para gerar retorno das ações planejadas (workshops, visitas a hotéis, PR, feiras)
  • Gerar atividades de relacionamento com seus clientes
  • Planejar uma rotina que inclua videochamadas, visitas presenciais, workshops e todas as oportunidades para gerar conteúdo de interesse para os segmentos atribuídos
  • Caso seja designado um segmento de mercado, ser o interlocutor e responsável pela comunicação e estratégia definidas pelo GSO e adequadas à visão do Sr. Diretor da região
  • Ponto focal de representação da WHR para as contas e região atribuída
  • Gerar os relatórios mensais de gestão de acordo com os entregáveis alinhados com o GSO LATAMC
  • Auxiliar a direção com relatórios, planos de ação e projetos conforme as designações recebidas
Educação e experiência

ESTUDOS

Administração de Empresas e áreas afins

Tecnologia em Hotelaria.

PRINCIPAIS CONHECIMENTOS E EXPERIÊNCIA

Manejo de Sistema de Gestão Hoteleira (PMS), idealmente Opera

Nível de inglês avançado. Desejável português, não é excludente

Experiência mínima de 5 anos em hotéis, dentro das equipes de vendas, preferencialmente em outras equipes de vendas globais

Manejo do Pacote Office em nível intermediário

Conhecimento em Cvent e Salesforce.com é um diferencial
