Estamos em busca de um profissional de Customer Success dedicado e proativo para se juntar à nossa equipe.

Você será responsável por gerenciar uma cartela de até 65 clientes, assegurando que eles estejam satisfeitos e que suas expectativas sejam atendidas.

Sua principal missão será garantir o sucesso e a fidelidade dos nossos clientes, mantendo uma comunicação clara, amigável e transparente, e conduzindo reuniões estratégicas tanto com os clientes quanto com a equipe interna.

ResponsabilidadesGerenciar uma cartela de até 65 clientes, garantindo a satisfação e o sucesso de cada um.
Fazer um alinhamento eficaz da parceria desde o início.
Acompanhar e oferecer suporte contínuo aos clientes, respondendo prontamente às suas necessidades.
Cobrar o time para garantir que as expectativas dos clientes sejam alcançadas.
Executar as demandas dentro do prazo combinado e garantir a entrega das tarefas delegadas.
Manter uma comunicação clara, amigável e transparente com os clientes.
Conduzir reuniões de Onboarding, Treinamento e Reuniões de Emergência com clientes.
Conduzir reuniões internas de Passagem de Bastão, KickOff e Alinhamento.
Tomar decisões sobre definições do projeto e soluções de problemas, visando sempre o melhor resultado para o cliente.
Gerir conflitos e lidar com pessoas de maneira eficaz.
Demonstrar sede de crescimento pessoal e profissional.

Qualificações NecessáriasExperiência prévia em Customer Success ou em áreas relacionadas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e oratória.
Capacidade de gerir conflitos e resolver problemas de maneira eficaz.
Habilidade para conduzir reuniões estratégicas com clientes e equipes internas.
Proatividade e organização para cumprir prazos e garantir a entrega de demandas.
Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa e cobrar a equipe quando necessário.

RemuneraçãoSalário fixo de R$2.000,00.Bônus de R$500,00 caso atinja a meta de churn de 7% dentro do mês.10% de comissionamento em vendas internas.
