In a team of 4 persons, you'll play a key role in the sales process and have an essential roleto close deals, manage client relationships and ensure clear, exhaustive follow-up during the sales process.

More specifically, you will :

Partnership Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as their main point of contact. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and strategic direction to partners to ensure partnership success. Negotiate and finalize deals with partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements. Maintain transparent communication and provide clear follow-up throughout the sales process.

Market Coverage Expansion :
Identify opportunities to expand market coverage by opening new accounts with local and international operators. Use market intelligence and competitive analysis to drive growth and identifypotential partnerships.

Our expectations in terms of reporting andhow to assess performance at North Star Network:

Monitor affiliate campaign performance metrics to ensure effectiveness. Prepare regular reports on performance, revenue trends, and key metrics. Present findings and recommendations to relevant teams for strategic decision-making.

Your profile:
Native Brazilian with very good communication skills in English (fluent)
Proven track record in sales or affiliate management within the iGaming industry.
Easy client-facing and comfortable with getting in touch with industry-leading clients
Strong negotiation skills, and ability to exceed sales objectives.
Proficiency in analytical skills, particularly experience with reports and data analysis.
Ambitious, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated proactivity
Permanent contract (CDI) or service provider (freelance)
