  • Definir estratégias de aquisição de talentos em vários países em apoio às unidades de negócios.
  • Liderar uma equipe de recrutadores internos e externos para preencher um portfólio significativo de vagas, incluindo cargos profissionais e executivos.
  • Gerenciar o fluxo de trabalho e volume do portfólio para a equipe de recrutamento.
  • Gerenciar fornecedores.
  • Garantir uma excelente experiência para os clientes internos e candidatos através da liderança da equipe.
  • Comunicar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe para executar uma estratégia de longo prazo.
  • Entregar o plano de recrutamento em apoio aos objetivos de negócios.
  • Construir e manter relacionamentos com executivos sênior, gerentes de contratação e parceiros de RH para adquirir talentos.
  • Orientar e desenvolver recrutadores para executar estratégias de contratação, recrutamento e entrevista.
  • Colaborar com parceiros de HRBP para fornecer orientação e suporte em questões relacionadas à capacidade de encontrar os melhores talentos.
  • Lidar com obstáculos e situações desafiadoras com facilidade.

  • Conectar pontos entre várias disciplinas de RH para atrair talentos.

  • Construir relacionamentos com equipes executivas;
  • Experiência com o segmento de seguros;
  • Habilidade para influenciar a direção da estratégia de aquisição de talentos para o negócio.
