Job Description:

Support distributors and direct customers, considering:

  • Registration of Service Contract Order
Coordinate the dispatch of field service engineers to service Rockwell products at customer locations to support our customers

Support to solve issues;

  • Registration of interactions through the Oracle Platform;
  • Critical analysis and registration of contract orders;
  • Comercial Support to Customers and Distributors;
  • Software installed base maintenance;
  • Collaborate with Specialists and Business Process Owners to identify and develop best practices;
  • Support Global Projects;
  • Seek resolution of problems and/or requests involving other areas of Rockwell or even Headquarters quickly and that meets the needs of customers.
Need to have

  • Customer services experience
  • Business, International Relationship or engineering degree;
  • Fluent Portuguese;
  • Advanced English;
  • Advanced Office knowledge (excel);
  • Analytical;
  • Committed and Proactive
Good to have

  • SAP knowledge and experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Spanish Intermediary.
