REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSO que esperamos de você?- Formação superior em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins.- Experiência comprovada em recrutamento e seleção, preferencialmente em empresas de grande porte do setor de tecnologia.- Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis aplicadas ao recrutamento (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).- Experiência no uso de ferramentas de inteligência artificial e automação no processo seletivo.- Conhecimento das ofertas e produtos de tecnologia, facilitando a identificação de pessoas candidatas alinhadas às necessidades da empresa.- Experiência em processos de contratação de grande volume e prazos desafiadores.- Conhecimento do mercado financeiro e de telecomunicações, com capacidade de entender e atender às necessidades de clientes desses setores.- Habilidade para gerenciar e desenvolver equipes, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e de alta performance.- Excelente comunicação interpessoal e habilidade para construir relacionamentos sólidos com stakeholders internos e externos.- Orientação para resultados e capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e desafiador.- Capacidade analítica para interpretar e utilizar dados no aprimoramento dos processos de recrutamento.- Compromisso com a diversidade e inclusão no ambiente de trabalho.
