Unlimitail é a joint venture entre o Grupo Carrefour e o Grupo Publicis com o objetivo de se tornar líder no mercado de mídia varejista na Europa e na América Latina (LATAM). Ao reunir o poder dos ativos e tráfego do Carrefour Links Instore e do comércio eletrônico, combinados com as tecnologias de mídia varejista on-site e off-site da Publicis CitrusAd e da Epsilon, a Unlimitail tem como objetivo se tornar o principal player de mídia varejista na Europa e na América do Sul, tanto nos canais físicos quanto digitais. Além dos 13 parceiros adicionais anunciados na Vivatech, a Unlimitail possui uma forte ambição e plano de negócios para receber muitos mais varejistas em nossa plataforma de mídia varejista.
Missão:
Como Sales Manager no setor de mídia varejista (Retail Media), sua missão é impulsionar o crescimento de vendas tanto digital quanto em lojas físicas e maximizar a receita desenvolvendo e implementando estratégias de vendas eficazes. Seu papel envolve identificar novas oportunidades de negócios, construir relacionamentos com clientes e aproveitar plataformas e tecnologias digitais para atingir metas de vendas e alcançar objetivos comerciais.
Principais Atividades:
Estratégia e Planejamento de Vendas:
- Colaborar com a equipe de liderança de vendas para desenvolver e executar uma estratégia de vendas digital e em lojas físicas abrangente para impulsionar o crescimento da receita e alcançar metas de vendas.
Desenvolvimento de Negócios:
- Identificar e prospectar novas oportunidades de negócios, incluindo clientes em potencial e parcerias.
- Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes, atuando como um consultor confiável e entendendo suas necessidades de publicidade.
- Conduzir pesquisas e análises de mercado para identificar tendências do setor e estratégias dos concorrentes.
Apresentações e Negociações de Vendas:
- Preparar e apresentar apresentações de vendas persuasivas, mostrando a proposta de valor das soluções de publicidade digital e em lojas físicas.
- Colaborar com os clientes para entender seus objetivos e adaptar as estratégias de publicidade digital e em lojas físicas de acordo.
- Negociar termos, preços e contratos para maximizar a receita e garantir parcerias de longo prazo com o apoio da equipe de liderança de vendas.
Gestão de Contas:
- Servir como o principal ponto de contato para os clientes, fornecendo serviço e suporte ao cliente excepcionais.
- Colaborar com equipes internas para garantir a implementação e execução bem-sucedidas de campanhas de publicidade digital.
- Monitorar o desempenho das campanhas, analisar dados e fornecer insights e recomendações para otimização.
Relatórios e Análises de Vendas:
- Acompanhar e relatar o desempenho de vendas, incluindo metas de receita, aquisição e retenção de clientes.
- Utilizar ferramentas e plataformas de análise de dados para analisar o desempenho da campanha e identificar áreas de melhoria.
- Fornecer relatórios e atualizações regulares para a gerência sobre as atividades e resultados de vendas.
Habilidades Necessárias:
- Construção de Relacionamentos: Excelentes habilidades interpessoais e de comunicação para construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes.
- Conhecimento Básico de Marketing Digital: Compreensão das tendências, plataformas e tecnologias de marketing digital.
- Habilidades Analíticas: Fortes habilidades de análise e interpretação de dados para avaliar o desempenho da campanha e fazer recomendações baseadas em dados.
- Habilidades de Negociação: Capacidade de negociar e fechar negócios mantendo a satisfação do cliente e parcerias de longo prazo.
- Conhecimento Básico de Publicidade Digital: Familiaridade com canais de publicidade digital, incluindo publicidade em display, publicidade em mídias sociais, publicidade programática e marketing de mecanismo de pesquisa.
- Conhecimento em Retail Media.
- Inglês Intermediário e espanhol preferido.
Perfil Preferencial:
- 4+ anos de experiência comprovada em cargos comerciais, vendas digitais e/ou desenvolvimento de negócios dentro da indústria de mídia varejista, varejo, CPG ou publicidade.
- Bacharelado em Administração, Marketing, Engenharia ou área relacionada. Mestrado é um plus.
- Experiência comprovada em cargos comerciais e/ou desenvolvimento de negócios dentro da indústria de mídia varejista, varejo ou publicidade.
- Experiência com publicidade em lojas físicas.
- Mentalidade orientada para resultados com paixão por impulsionar o crescimento de vendas e exceder metas.
