Sobre a Vaga:

Dá suporte ao time de vendas interagindo diretamente com o cliente, como o especialista de negócios Equifax. É um consultor de confiança e formador de opinião.

Entende o negócio do cliente e avaliar as oportunidades, propondo e desenhando a solução ideal.

Aprofunda o relacionamento com o cliente na linha de negócio de sua atuação, promove soluções inovadoras e aumenta a participação da Equifax no cliente. Demonstra um conhecimento sólido no ciclo de risco e no segmento de atuação. Tem capacidade de identificar e compreender o impacto das tendências econômicas e de mercado, e uma profunda compreensão das necessidades de negócios do cliente. Irá identificar e propor soluções para gerar novas oportunidades de vendas e apoiar iniciativas de vendas contínuas para a equipe comercial. Co-desenvolve e executa plano de vendas que demonstre soluções Equifax para impulsionar o crescimento da receita e a participação de mercado nas contas-alvo.


Qual será o seu papel:

  • Ser o expert na linha de negócios / segmento.
  • Atuar como consultor para entender os problemas de negócios do cliente.
  • Avaliar as oportunidades, propor e desenhar a solução ideal e melhor oferta para o cliente.
  • Atuar com equipes internas e times multifuncionais para mover a oportunidade do ciclo de vendas para a entrega final.
  • Identificar as dores do segmento, criar cases, estudos e materiais de argumentação.
  • Desenvolver mecanismo padrão para assessment comercial no segmento.
  • Trazer necessidades dos clientes para Produtos, propondo melhorias e inovações nas soluções vigentes.
  • Mapear novas oportunidades de vendas, a partir de análises de dados (ex: consumo do cliente, segmento ou mercado)
  • Ser a voz da Equifax no mercado como o especialista em soluções de risco. (escrever artigos, organizar webinar, participar de feiras e eventos)


Experiências Necessárias:

  • Experiência no ciclo de risco (Crédito/Cobrança/ Prevenção à Fraude)
  • Visão analítica, facilidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Alta capacidade de identificar e categorizar problemas de negócio.
