*O QUE PROCURAMOS:*


Você será responsável por liderar negociações estratégicas, prospectar novos negócios e gerenciar todo o ciclo de vendas, desde a identificação de oportunidades até o fechamento de contratos. Atuará diretamente na expansão da marca, desenvolvendo parcerias com grandes empresas e apresentando soluções personalizadas nas áreas de Telemedicina, Saúde Mental e Gestão de Saúde Ocupacional.


*DESCRIÇÃO DAS ATIVIDADES*


  • Prospecção e Negociação:
  • Prospecção ativa de novos clientes, incluindo administradoras, PBMs, corretoras especializadas de saúde e empresas corporativas em âmbito nacional.
  • Identificação e engajamento de tomadores de decisão em áreas estratégicas, como RH, Gestão de Saúde, Comunicação e Compras.
  • Realização de reuniões presenciais e virtuais para apresentação das soluções da empresa.
  • Elaboração de Propostas e Fechamento:
  • Desenvolvimento de propostas comerciais e orçamentos personalizados, alinhados às necessidades dos clientes.
  • Negociação de condições comerciais e contratos com foco em atender os objetivos estratégicos dos parceiros e da empresa.
  • Mapeamento do processo de decisão dos clientes para aumentar a taxa de conversão em todos os estágios do funil de vendas.
  • Gestão do Ciclo de Vendas:
  • Participação ativa em todas as etapas do processo de vendas, incluindo briefing interno, submissão de orçamentos e acompanhamento das entregas.
  • Colaboração com os times de SDR, BDR e Marketing para definir estratégias de prospecção e nutrição de leads.
  • Monitoramento contínuo do pipeline de vendas e follow-up estratégico para garantir o fechamento de negócios.


Requisitos/preferências de habilidades (Especificação da função):


  • Experiência comprovada em vendas consultivas, preferencialmente no setor de saúde ou em produtos/benefícios corporativos para RH (diferencial)
  • Habilidade em prospecção ativa (cold calling, e-mails, In-mails) e desenvolvimento de relacionamento com grandes contas.
  • Capacidade de criar propostas personalizadas e negociar contratos complexos.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e técnicas de qualificação de leads.
  • Excelente comunicação e habilidade para conduzir apresentações e reuniões estratégicas.
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado será um diferencial.
