Estamos buscando uma pessoa Gerente de Contas de Customer Success para atuação em carteiras MidTouch. Estes profissionais serão responsáveis por aprofundar o relacionamento com os clientes, engajá-los, promover o crescimento sustentável e a estratégia do projeto, além de renovar contratos e desenvolver estratégias de upsell e cross-sell.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Trabalhar na retenção de clientes;
  • Acompanhar a implementação do sistema e prover suporte focado no sucesso dos clientes;
  • Manter comunicação ativa com os clientes;
  • Compartilhar os impactos e resultados do projeto com a empresa para desenvolvimento de conteúdos, materiais e novas vendas;
  • Planejar novos projetos e propor melhorias baseadas em feedbacks;
  • Coletar feedbacks que possam impactar positivamente o desenvolvimento do produto e a melhoria de processos;
  • Engajar o cliente na renovação de contratos, utilizando técnicas de negociação;
  • Identificar novas oportunidades de negócio (upsell e cross-sell) e realizar vendas dentro da carteira de clientes;
  • Entender as motivações de churn e cancelamentos para propor melhorias de processo e resolver gargalos;
  • Promover o uso do produto, agregando valor e resolvendo problemas dos clientes;
  • Realizar diagnósticos e propor soluções que ajudem o cliente a crescer;
  • Propor soluções para problemas no relacionamento com o cliente, no produto e em mudanças que impactem o projeto.




Requisitos:

  • Conhecimento em gestão de carteira B2B;
  • Experiência em relacionamento com o cliente;
  • Interesse em aprender sobre RH estratégico;
  • Preferência por trabalhar com metas e busca por resultados;
  • Experiência em vendas consultivas, escuta ativa e geração de valor;
