Risoluzione problemi applicazioni, browser e hardware in remoto (screen sharing).
Reset ID, problemi email, problemi con browser; uso di KB/SOP e registrazione ticket.
Escalation secondo processo e assegnazione priorità.
Raggiungimento SLA di risoluzione, qualità e produttività.
Requisiti obbligatori
Italiano: C1–C2 (parlato e scritto).
Inglese: C1–C2 (parlato e scritto).
1–2 anni in supporto clienti/tecnico (helpdesk/contact center).
Possibilità di fatturare come PJ in Brasile.
Postazione domestica stabile (consigliati ≥20 Mbps), headset con cavo e PC dedicato.
Disponibilità a turni; rispettare 36 ore/settimana; inizio 20/10/2025.
