About the RoleWere seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join one of the worlds leading iGaming providers. In this role, youll drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding the companys presence in global markets.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the iGaming and gambling industry (platforms, casinos, betting solutions, and related products)Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clientsConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential customers, and business expansion opportunitiesOwn and manage the sales pipeline process, ensuring data integrity, adherence to stages, and accurate revenue forecastsConduct in-depth sales performance analysis to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions for sales leadershipNegotiate and close business deals to meet sales and revenue targetsCollaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies and promotional activitiesAttend industry events, expos, and networking conferences to expand the companys presence and brand recognition worldwide.Prepare reports and presentations for management on business development progress and strategic plansCarry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in business development/sales, or account management in the iGaming and gambling fieldFluency in the Portuguese and English languages is requiredKnowledge of the Spanish language will be an advantageAbility to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysisExperience in developing partnerships and managing key accounts is preferredKnowledge of CRM tools, business development software, and project management toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsResult-driven and highly motivatedAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentPersuasive with strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent negotiation and deal-closing skillsOpen to travel for business meetings and industry events
