Requirements· Strong operational experience: 8+ years of work experience as a senior management role or similar capacities for business development;· Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning;· Solid knowledge of solar market, government policies, and solar project development cycle, project permitting process;· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization· Skills should include organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning; demonstrated success developing and monitoring systems to manage both operational and programmatic work that involve high levels of collaboration;· Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills;· Minimum of a BA, ideally with an MBA degree;· Role could be home-based
