ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Senior Sales Relationship Executive, you will play a critical role in driving AMORIMs commercial growth. This senior individual contributor role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building strong client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities across global markets.

Youll act as a trusted advisor to international clients, bridging the gap between their goals and AMORIMs tailored solutions. This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who can balance business development with long-term account nurturing.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Lead proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts to grow our client base, with a focus on international B2B/B2C clients.
  • Identify high-value opportunities for expansion through prospecting, networking, and strategic market analysis.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Strengthen existing client partnerships through regular engagement, upselling, and cross-selling relevant services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-specific solutions.
  • Serve as the primary relationship contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth.
  • Consistently exceed individual revenue targets and contribute to the companys broader commercial strategy.

THE PERSON WE RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

  • A senior-level professional with 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Skilled in new business acquisition and/or nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Confident in managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Familiar with working across cultures and international markets.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Driven, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
