Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience in sales, strategic operations, and/or management consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving growth in high-growth and startup environments, expanding into new markets, and leading strategic initiatives. Fluency in Portuguese and English.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and business development efforts for NA and LATAM, driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the regional market.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on customer satisfaction and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Work cross-functionally to design and implement innovative financial or technical solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
  • Represent the company at regional and international workshops, events, and forums.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven success in sales and business development roles, particularly in SaaS, FinTech, or financial services.
  • Exceptional track record of exceeding quotas (e.g., achieving +200% growth).
  • Strong experience in strategic operations, revenue optimization, and project management.
  • Background in management consulting, ideally with exposure to digital transformation and risk management projects.
  • Multilingual: Fluency in Portuguese (native), and English (bilingual).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with startup ecosystems and venture capital.
  • Experience working in international markets, including NA and LATAM.


Education:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Consulting, or a related field.
