Na Digital Growth, estamos em busca de um Business Development Representative (BDR) para se juntar à nossa equipe. Você será responsável por prospectar ativamente clientes frios e leads Inbound, transformando-os em parceiros estratégicos. Responsabilidades:
-
Identificar e mapear oportunidades de negócios através de leads gerados por nossas ações de marketing e prospectar ativamente empresas dentro do nosso ICP (perfil de cliente ideal).

Realizar a qualificação de leads por meio de ligações e interações, reconhecendo o cliente ideal e encaminhando-o ao time de vendas.

Ser o primeiro ponto de contato com potenciais clientes, garantindo um atendimento excepcional via e-mail, telefone, WhatsApp e redes sociais.

Agendar reuniões entre potenciais clientes e nossos executivos de vendas, gerando interesse e desenvolvendo leads.

Entender e contornar objeções de potenciais clientes, mantendo o CRM atualizado com informações relevantes sobre as oportunidades.

Colaborar com o time de Marketing para aprimorar a qualidade dos leads gerados.
Pré-requisitos:
-
Conhecimento em funil de vendas e processos de vendas consultivas;
-
Conhecimento em Inside Sales;
-
Experiência em vendas B2B;
-
Conhecimento básico de Marketing Digital;
-
Conhecimento em Inbound Marketing;
-
Conhecimentos sobre Comércio Eletrônico;
-
Habilidade para contornar e lidar com objeções.

Salário fixo + bônus + comissões variáveis que podem mais do que dobrar a remuneração;

Obs: Todo BDR que atinge 6 meses conosco tem uma média salarial acima de R$ 4.000,00.
