Independente da localidade, realizará visitas em clientes e deverá ter disponibilidade para eventuais viagens.
**Responsabilidades**:
Como Account Manager, você desempenha um papel fundamental na construção de parcerias estratégicas, na compreensão das necessidades do cliente e na entrega de soluções que contribuam para o avanço da educação através da Tecnologia**.**
- Colaborar com órgãos públicos na área da Educação para compreender suas necessidades de TI e identificar oportunidades de melhoria;
- Realizar análises periódicas das demandas e requisitos de TI;
- Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos estratégicos com fornecedores de soluções de TI;
- Avaliar regularmente o desempenho dos fornecedores e garantir que suas soluções atendam aos padrões de qualidade e requisitos dos órgãos públicos educacionais;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com os fornecedores de TI para desenvolver soluções personalizadas que atendam às necessidades específicas desses órgãos;
- Assegurar a viabilidade, eficácia e alinhamento estratégico das soluções propostas;
- Coordenar a implementação de projetos de TI, garantindo prazo e orçamento adequados;
- Supervisionar o progresso dos projetos e resolver problemas durante a implementação;
- Prestar suporte técnico, garantindo o funcionamento correto das soluções de TI;
- Oferecer treinamento necessário para o uso efetivo das novas tecnologias implementadas pelos usuários finais;
**Requisitos Obrigatórios**:
- Experiência comprovada na área da educação;
- Entendimento das Políticas Educacionais;
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa com órgãos governamentais e outras partes interessadas;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação;
- Formação completa em áreas relacionadas, como Engenharia de Computação, Segurança da Informação ou áreas afins;
- Pacote Office - nível intermediário, com habilidades para elaborar apresentações em power point ou em sistemas;
