**Como será seu dia-a-dia?**

Como Value Stream Manager na Builders você será responsável por identificar, mapear e otimizar fluxos de valor. Atuará com o objetivo estratégico de manter e otimizar toda a corrente de entrega de valor, desde o upstream, com stakeholders de negócio e gerentes de produto, até downstream com time técnico de desenvolvimento.

**Para cumprir esse desafio, você precisa dominar**:

- Mapear e documentar fluxos de valor atuais AS IS e propostas de TO BE;
- Garantir que os envolvidos no fluxo de valor forneçam os recursos necessários para atingir a visibilidade de toda a cadeia;
- Identificar pontos de gargalos, desperdício e/ou deficiência de qualidade dos entregáveis de dos respectivos departamentos envolvidos;
- Influenciar e apoiar demais lideranças envolvidas na cadeia de entrega de valor de maneira a disseminar a cultura Lean e de melhoria contínua;
- Reportar de maneira clara e objetiva o status, riscos, impactos e possíveis ações tangíveis para sanar ou mitigar os respectivos pontos identificados;
- Participar de diferentes partes do fluxo de valor, de maneira a absorver conhecimento e coletar percepções da realidade do cotidiano dos colaboradores e clientes (gemba walk).
