Your objective is to help us experiment and develop new business opportunities through Real Estate Agencies partnerships. You will develop and maintain relationships with top players in the market, guaranteeing Tabas apartments get attention for long term rental. You will kick-off, manage and scale-up the area; define and execute our partnerships strategy; source and identify key Real Estate Brokers and individual partners, maintain and develop relationships with brokers.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- be a master in building relationships with real estate brokers and manage portfolio of brokers as well as key stakeholders to cultivate partnerships
- develop and execute our business development strategy to close partnerships with the best Real Estate brokers
- identify, source, prospect and maintain partnerships with key Brokers and partners
- guarantee presence of Tabas apartments in key listing channels through brokers partnerships, driving continuous customer and revenue growth
- to work as a team player, acting in a cross functional way with other areas of the company
- be entrepreneurial, not be afraid to get your hands dirty and go beyond to things rolling while helping to build the company
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- track record in Real Estate market and fast growing companies, developing effective business development strategies
- strong sales and commercial skills through mutually beneficial partnerships
- great communication and negotiation skills
- a broad network of Real Estate Agencies that you can use to connect with highly relevant companies and brokers and the skills to grow your network
- natural hustle and drive to get deals done and push them live - you are motivated, energetic and sales driven
