Responsible for developing sales strategies for the cluster as well as establishing business Key Performance Indicators and benchmarks to drive internal process improvement. The incumbent will support, organize and monitor the effectiveness of sales related campaigns and processes as well as support the continuous optimization of commercial organization by breaking down and implementing defined best practices regarding sales processes, approaches and structures to the cluster. Tasks & Responsibilities: - Define and implement cluster sales strategy based on regional and global sales strategy together with sales management - Create and manage projects and initiatives connected to the Key Account Sales organization - Support and organize cluster, regional and global specific campaigns - measuring tools and verification of effectiveness - Support conception and drive execution of cluster commercial project portfolio - Market analysis key trade to formulate a cluster strategy - Scope out future or potential markets for penetration forecasts and profitability - Establish business Key Performance Indicators and benchmarks. Use these indicators to drive internal process improvements - Implement best practices regarding sales processes, approaches and structures - Implement centrally developed SOPs to standardize and further enhance sales processes in the cluster - Share and implement process optimization and project management skills in the cluster - Implement standard approaches and templates in the cluster - Share and implement process optimization and project management skills in the cluster - Prepare communication to SMT and towards the network - Organize Sales Events and other activities together with other parties.Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills: - Ability to manage multiple projects at timelines at once to meet project timelines. - Visibility about cluster strategy - Must have 3-5 years related industry experience - Have strong interpersonal and communication, presentation and moderation skills. - Bachelor’s degree required - Willingness to learn and work closely with others to identify needs, requirements and create solutions to meet internal and external stakeholder requirements.
