Worldline is looking for a new employee for our Customer Experience Center in Sao Paolo. As a member of theteam you will be the customer's first and foremost contact with Worldline, ensuring that they are properly supported in all of their questions regarding Worldline Services.
We work in Atlassian's JIRA Service Desk and it is your job to filter the tickets that come in and make sure they are resolved in a fast and efficient manner. You will both be responsible for solving incoming request and work closely with our technical support and developers for cases that require it. Our office works according to the SCRUM model and the support participates in the process as representative of our customers and in the role of stakeholder.
What we are looking for: We are looking for those who have a technical interest and have a background in support for e-commerce, banking or administration. You have very good knowledge of working in Windows environment and in Microsoft Office. Experience with Atlassian's products is also a merit. We work with global companies and English is our official language in support, so it is important that you are fluent in English both in speech and writing. We see the need for local support in Portuguese and Spanish as well. You need to be curious to enjoy this workplace, because you will need to learn new things and to think creatively to solve problems. It should not be difficult for you to adapt to new situations, we work in an interchangeable environment with a focus on providing our customers with the absolute best service possible, you need to be structured and able to communicate with different types of stakeholders
