- Job Purpose
- Responsible for ensuring the safety and effective maritime operation of the vessels operating in the EBN while providing technical support for the fleet, OneFleet and the projects involved related to maritime operation, in order to ensure that all vessels comply with established national and international standards.
- Job Description
Assume and promote quality, health, safety and environmental control within its scope of action, with a view to drawing up effective control reports on these issues;
- Supporting shipmasters and chief engineerers in maritime matters to ensure that all industry legislation is complied with, within the specified deadlines industry legislation is complied with, within the specified timeframes;
- Supporting the technical authorities to ensure that the necessary measures are in place, ensuring compliance with changing maritime regulations and standards.with changing maritime regulations and standards: class, flag, statutory and other industry standards;
- Ensuring the development and implementation of common standards within maritime operations.
- Ensuring that the competence and certification of maritime personnel for operations complies with current legislation.legislation.
- Providing support, where necessary, to the OPS Manager to ensure that staff changes are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.timely and efficient manner;
- Work with management, projects and other OneFleet departments related to maritime operations, in order to clarifying doubts and anticipating demands;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and maritime inspections and any other required inspections.

Complete degree in Engineering or Administration.
- Specialization in the area.
- Advanced English.
