**OEM** - **Sales Manager** (**Gerente de Vendas OEM**)**

Nesta posição, você liderará uma equipe de Gerentes de Contas e Líderes de Equipe responsáveis por vendas para fabricantes de máquinas e equipamentos por todo o país. Seu foco está em liderar o crescimento de negócios no segmento OEM no Brasil e expandir a participação da Rockwell Automation neste mercado de maneira acelerada através de uma cultura ágil e empreendedora.

**Responsabilidades**

Negócio

Liderar a equipe de vendas OEM do Brasil para atingir os objetivos de crescimento do negócio (pedidos e faturamento), através da gestão dos recursos e estratégia, trabalhando com sua equipe direta e com seus pares da indústria, consultores técnicos e os agentes de acesso ao mercado. Assegurando a execução e monitoramento das iniciativas estratégicas de crescimento da Rockwell Automation identificando as oportunidades de negócios que variam com base no ciclo de vida e no planejamento de cada conta assignada.

Liderança

Desenvolver uma compreensão do nosso negócio e construir uma forte rede de relacionamentos com as principais partes interessadas do cliente, parceiros, equipe de vendas OEM e pares internos para ajudar a atingir as metas de vendas e de lealdade do Cliente da Rockwell Automation Brasil.

Equipe de Trabalho

Desenhar, formar e manter uma equipe de trabalho que seja reconhecida pelo alto nível de performance, foco no cliente e por uma atuação alinhada com a cultura de Inovação, Diversidade&Inclusão e empreendedora.

**Principais atividades**
- Desenvolver plano estratégico do negócio OEM e atuar na criação de plano comercial para as contas assignadas, para maximizar oportunidades comerciais de impacto ou complexidade para a conta, baseado em dados e fatos.
- Apresentar regularmente para liderança executiva os resultados, progresso na execução do plano estratégico assim como projeções de vendas alinhadas com os objetivos de negócios estabelecidos para o ano fiscal.
- Desenvolver relacionamento a nível executivo nas principais contas assignadas.
- Representar a Rockwell Automation em associações e organismos que permitam aumentar a rede de contatos e influência no segmento OEM
- Recrutar, desenvolver e manter talentos de vendas, habilitando uma cultura ágil e empreendedora que impulsione Inovação
- Fornecer treinamento e mentoria de desempenho contínuo para a equipe de vendas OEM brasileira, equipando-os com as habilidades e competências certas;
- Desenhar a estrutura organizacional e os respectivos fluxos de trabalho para criar um ambiente de confiança, coordenação e dependência comum com demais equipes para maximizar a performance dos Gerentes de Contas OEM
- Definir e implementar ações de para atingir os objetivos através de uma perspectiva de venda ética, reforçando os valores e cultura Rockwell Automation.
- Conciliação multi-tasking, combinando liderança de pessoas diretas e liderança por influência com áreas internas da empresa, no Brasil e no mundo, assim como com agentes do ecossistema de acesso ao Mercado (Canais), e assim, maximizando a experiência em prol de uma efetiva liderança.
