Sobre a vaga
- É o profissional responsável por garantir que os clientes obtenham sucesso. Portanto, é seu papel garantir que o cliente alcance o resultado desejado através das interações com a empresa. Também é o responsável por tornar cada atendimento em uma experiência única O objetivo dos atendimentos é resolver o problema do usuário com agilidade, cordialidade, empatia e eficiência, com o tom e voz adequado ao da empresa e, sempre que possível, surpreendendo a pessoa que está do outro lado.

O que você vai fazer?
- Atender os clientes que enfrentam dúvidas ou problemas com os sistemas, por meio do chat, buscando uma solução mais rápida possível de forma empática, proativa e focado 100% na compreensão do cliente e satisfação do atendimento prestado;
- Identificar a causa raiz dos bugs para abertura dos chamados;
- Propor as melhores soluções para os problemas reportados e direcionar as tratativas para as áreas responsáveis;
- Coletar feedbacks sobre a qualidade do atendimento prestado, através de pesquisa de satisfação a fim de atingir o maior nível de satisfação do cliente e identificar possibilidades de melhorias;
- Fazer a ponte entre os feedbacks dos clientes e as demais áreas da empresa;
- Identificar e sugerir melhorias no sistema e no processo de atendimento;
- Criar documentações técnicas dos bugs identificados;
- Ministrar reuniões com o cliente a fim de identificar o problema reportado. Além de outras atividades pertinentes da área.

Skills necessárias
- Graduação completa ou cursando em análise e desenvolvimento de sistemas, administração, ciência de dados e cursos correlatos;
- Desejável conhecimento em banco de dados e facilidade com sistemas;
- Desejável experiência em atendimento ao cliente;
- Organização, proatividade, resiliência, facilidade em aprender e comunicação.
