Come be part of the Product Solutions Department of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda. at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba, with more than 21 years of presence in the country and a workforce of ~1800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.

**What role you will play in our team**:
Our mission is to provide quality chemical products and services in the most efficient and responsible manner to generate outstanding customer and shareholder value while remaining committed to the principles of sustainable development.

For this position, you will be part of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda. at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba, one of the largest chemical companies worldwide. You will be the primary contact for ExxonMobil Chemical customers in the United States and Latin America, responsible for ensuring positive customer experience within the order-to-cash process of shipments moved mainly via truck, rail and marine.

**What you will do**:

- Own the Order-To-Cash process. Responsible for processing and handling of customer orders from creation thru final delivery
- Maintain excellent customer relationship, ensuring specific requirements to which ExxonMobil has agreed are known by the appropriate interfaces and duly met
- Coordinate and respond to customer requests for order changes, invoice adjustments, product returns and master data updates
- Be focal point for customer requests related to order documentation, regulatory and technical. Works with EM interfaces to provide satisfactory customer response
- Coordinate resolution of issues related to product availability, logistics arrangements, order fulfilment documentation and others with the appropriate EM contacts
- Keep strong communication channels with customers and proactively informs status of orders and issues that could potentially impact committed delivery dates

**Skills and Qualifications**

Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems

Must be proactive, team player and independent

Excellent time management skill: ability to set priorities and be deadline-oriented

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple departments in a diverse teams

**Preferred Qualifications**

Previous experience in Supply Chain is an added advantage

Strategic and analytical mindset is a plus
